This Cafec paper filter is built for baristas and home brewers who work with medium to medium-dark specialty coffee. The two-sided crepe lifts the paper away from the dripper wall, opening a clean path for water and keeping the bed evenly extracted even when you grind a touch finer.

The result is a cup with rounded sweetness and clear body, without the bitter edge of an over-extracted brew. Tuned for the CAFEC Flower Dripper but equally at home in conical drippers around 90°C, it slots into any pour over routine on the bar or kitchen counter.
